2. Website Design Services

 

2.1 Scope of Services

We provide custom website design services tailored to pet businesses. Our websites are primarily built using Wix Studio, and we are not liable for any issues related to Wix’s platform, including downtime, hosting errors, or platform limitations.

 

2.2 Payment and Refunds

• A deposit (amount specified in your quote) is required before work begins.

•  The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion before the website is handed over.

• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• In the event of project cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable and compensates us for time and resources invested.

 

2.3 Ownership and Transfer

• Once payment is made in full, ownership of the website is transferred to you.

• Wix hosting and domain accounts must be maintained in your name, and you are responsible for associated fees.

 

2.4 Revisions

• Website design includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee of £39.00 per hour.

 

2.5 Maintenance and Updates

• Post-launch, maintenance and updates are your responsibility unless you opt for an ongoing support package.

 

3. Templates

 

3.1 Usage License

• Templates purchased from Digital Kennel are designed specifically for pet professionals and can be customised using Canva, a third-party design platform.

• Templates are licensed for personal or commercial use within your own business. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming them as your own is strictly prohibited.

 

3.2 Customisation

• All templates are fully customisable in Canva, allowing you to edit text, colours, and images to suit your brand.

• Please note that while we design these templates with ease of use in mind, familiarity with Canva’s platform may be required for customisation.

 

3.3 Liability Disclaimer

• Digital Kennel is not affiliated with Canva and is not responsible for any issues related to Canva’s platform, including but not limited to accessibility, changes to their tools, or any technical problems.

• By purchasing our templates, you agree to comply with Canva’s terms of service, which can be found on their website (www.canva.com).

 

3.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of templates, all sales are final. Once a template has been purchased and accessed, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided.
